Horizon Youth and Community Action (HYCA) is a registered Charity Incorporated Organisation (CIO), previously known as Harrow Young Achievers. We engage youth and adults with activities and campaigns. ​ HYCA offers mentoring programmes, activities, advice and guidance that enhances the standard of life of users to enable them to make positive contribution to community.
